It's that simple, it's not easy, but it is possible by using four modes: Telling, Speaking, Explaining, Catalyzing. Each has a purpose. Telling is making statements without an agenda. Speaking is telling with added value, arranging words for insightful hearing. Explaining is purposeful, speaking to encourage an audience toward a point of view.
