For the more than twenty years I taught classes, facilitated workshops and delivered speeches, I was evaluated. Today my evaluation form is a quarter page (one eighth for Toastmasters speeches): |

To those who say, "...but you don't ask for criticism..." I say, "I don't need it. I'm my toughest critic. Besides if I keep what they like; extend what they want more of; add what they ask, the good parts improve and the poorer parts of programs disappear. |
